I'm happy to report that the PoD versions of Morgenstern's Spellbook and Playing the Market have finally made it through the vetting process and have been accepted by the printer as doable. I've ordered publisher copies so I can see how they turned out. If they look good, I'm considering opening an account with Lightning Source (the printer) so I can see about getting print version available at Amazon and on real shelves. Now, if only DriveThruRPG could get the option for the customers to buy the print version up and running.
